02 — Special request labels
Start returns with customer care to receive approval and a prepaid label. Mark California opt-outs “Do Not Sell or Share,” and name the requested privacy action for access, correction, deletion, or portability.
03 — When we reply
The team is available Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the listed store timezone. Off-hours messages enter the next business-day queue.
