Before using the US hydration products, drinkware, flavor cartridges, and accessories store, review the operating rules below. Placing an order means you accept them with the linked policies.
01 — Use the store responsibly
You must be legally eligible and provide current details. No unlawful use, security interference, malicious code, rights violations, abusive scraping, or disruption is allowed.
02 — Paying for an order
Prices and settlement use US dollars. Required taxes appear at checkout. Supported credit or debit card networks can include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover; the checkout screen controls final availability.
03 — The 30-day promise
You have 30 days from delivery for an eligible no-reason return or exchange. We cover the approved label, including quality problems, and charge no restocking fee. Once issued to the original payment method, a refund usually appears within 5–10 business days.
04 — Rights and service limits
Do not commercially copy protected store material without permission. Shopify, processors, carriers, and linked services can apply separate terms. Liability limits operate only where lawful and never cancel mandatory consumer rights.
05 — From cart to confirmation
Catalog details can be corrected if an error appears. Checkout is your purchase offer, not final acceptance. We may validate inventory, payment, address, quantity, price, and fraud signals before confirming; a canceled paid order is returned to its original payment method.
06 — Shipping timeline
US orders ship standard at no charge. Allow 1–2 business days to prepare the order, then an estimated 4–6 business days in transit. Tracking follows shipment. Cancellation is available before dispatch; afterward use the Refund Policy.
07 — Items outside ordinary returns
Change-of-mind exclusions are custom goods, clearance/Final Sale items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive products. Damage, defect, incorrect shipment, and missing-item remedies remain available.
08 — Updates to these terms
A revised version takes effect going forward when posted. An invalid clause does not automatically invalidate the rest. Applicable US law governs while preserving compulsory consumer rights.
